Alphabet Inc., founded in 1998 and headquartered in Mountain View, California, is the parent company of Google and its family of products and services. It operates through three main segments: Google Services, Google Cloud, and Other Bets.
Google Services – Includes Search, YouTube, Ads, Android, Chrome, Gmail, Google Drive, Maps, Photos, and Google Play. It also sells hardware like Pixel phones, Google Nest products, Fitbit wearables, and provides YouTube subscriptions and other non-ad services.
Google Cloud – Offers cloud infrastructure, data, and AI services, along with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet) for enterprise collaboration.
