Succinct Network – Decentralized Zero-Knowledge Proof Infrastructure
Succinct Network is a decentralized protocol that powers the world’s software with zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs). It connects a global network of provers through proof contests, a unique incentive system that creates the fastest and most efficient proving cluster. Users submit RISC-V programs with inputs and fees, which set the priority for proof generation. Provers compete in all-pay proof contests—auctions that reward the fastest, lowest-cost proofs—with settlements recorded on an application-specific blockchain. The network is built with SP1, a zkVM designed to prove RISC-V bytecode execution and balance low proving costs with decentralized participation. By aligning users, hardware providers, and infrastructure operators with cryptoeconomic incentives, Succinct Network enables global-scale ZKP infrastructure, reducing latency and cost for the entire ecosystem.
